Q1. Do you have MOQ?
A: In the first order we will not require you for the MOQ and from the next order the MOQ is 20 units, you can mix many models in one container. We are looking forward to cooperating with you and hopefully we would grow together in the future.
Q2. If I need one sample do I need to pay for it and how long will I get it?
A: We will prepare the sample for you around 5-7 days. The sample cost and postage will be paid back when we receive a 40HQ container order from you.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: We can accept TT payment or Western Union.
Q4. How long will the cargos take for delivery?
A: It will take us around 5~15 days to finish all the production.
Q5. Do you provide a warranty?
A: Yes, we focus on product quality and provide 2-3 years' guarantee for the whole product, and 5 years' warranty for the castor, base, and gas lift.
Q6. Can I mix different models in one shipment?
A: Yes, you can mix various models in a single container to meet the MOQ requirements after your initial order.
